OUTED...YIPES!!

We had a great time at our party. Everyone behaved him or herself :). Vanilla and non-vanilla interacted harmoniously. The vanilla folks did not know that non-vanillas were even present. All was right with the world untill...

A friend, the only vanilla person that knew, told his mother about us. YIPES!!! He said he did it because his mother "noticed" something odd between us and another couple (Gina and Blake to be specific) and started asking a lot of questions. Hmmm...not sure if I believe that. She also started asking how we knew certain people. According to our friend, his mother thought there were at least three swinging couples there. Hmmm....interesting.

Austin and I are annoyed because he not only outed us, but our friends as well (by association). We have known him for over ten years and have seen him weather some pretty difficult times. I am saddened that he would disclose this. AN aside...we thought very long about disclosing this information to him.

By the way, I asked him why his mother had her "swingdar on." Seems like it takes one to know one. He didn't like that comment at all.

Wanna make your friend REALLY mad? Let him know that "Sam" thought his mom was a very attractive lady!

Takes one to know one indeed. Unless your friend knew who were the vanilla couples and who were the sorbet couples (grin), I believe your friends are protected.

I'm sorry you feel hurt and betrayed. Out of all the people I'd tell, my mom would be the LAST person. I wouldn't even say to my mom "you know Austin and his wife? They're swingers." -- LOL

Sam not only thinks she's hot, Sam would do her all night. She was wearing a nice thong. Sam notices these things. Sam also thinks she was very interested in the possibilities... It does take one to know one.

We had a similar situation where J's mom was staying in our duplex. We talked about it and decided that she probably should be forewarned not to come bouncing up the stairs when we had friends over. She thought we were kidding, and then when she realized we were serious she all but ran out the door. At another discussion, she asked (truly puzzled) "Why don't you both just have affairs? Rather than hurt each other like that?" [slapping my forehead and rolling my eyes] Anyhow, she ended up telling her fiance about it. We're still questioning the wisdom of our decision to tell her anything because she's rather impulsive. It wouldn't surprise us if she decided to announce it on the radio or something.

Ditto on your friend's mom. Sam, maybe I can join in? :)
