VANILLA FRIENDS

Remember... Friday we went to a gathering with old friends (Amanda and Burke). They are "non-vanilla" but the four of us are vanilla friends (although, I would love to be "non-vanilla" with them). They are so hot.

The evening was a lot of fun. Burke makes fabulous drinks. He made a candy apple martini that was sinful. Burke is very much a gentleman- on the outside anyway. WINK. Amanda is funny and social and very welcoming.

We also met another couple. Burke told me that they were vanilla but I swear they gave off swinger vibes. :). Austin agreed with me as well. Anyway, Austin and I are still perfecting our "Swingdar."

So this weekend was exhausting but fun.

Hot weekend update

We had a delicious time at the house party. I am going to give you a very brief recap of events.

Austin and I arrived at our friend's house around 6. Austin told me that we had to leave our house at 3:00. I was tired from the night before so I decided to take a quick nap. At 2:30 I woke up and started to shower and pack. At 3:30 I was almost ready to go. Of course Austin knows me too well and "padded" the time. We left our house around 4:00. Don't know why I started with that...

Anyway, we got to our friend's house at 5-something (I am going to let you guess which friends we went with). Anyway, we got dressed at their house; I decided to wear a black corset top and black pants. Austin said that I looked really hot.

We got to the party early to help Tam and Craig. Tam and Craig were the hosts and they were the warmest people. Craig instantly made us feel like we had been friends for a long time. He was so genuine I had to wonder if he was "for real." Tam appeared a little later wearing these fabulous "fuck me and then have pie" shoes. She was gracious and I could tell she did a good job balancing her "sexy, slutty, swinger persona" with the "good wife and mother" role. In other words, I could tell that she KNEW how to have fun.

Couples started arriving and there were some hot prospects. The funny thing is that our friends and I were attracted to the same couples. A Six-way anyone?? Hell, an orgy anyone?? I think these could be definite future possibilities.

The hosts were friends with our friends and we wondered if that would be awkward. We didn't want our friends to feel like they had to sensor their sexiness just because we were there. In fact, I thought it was totally hot watching everyone flirt. Of course our friends are wonderful and there weren't any awkward moments. In fact, it was so hot watching everyone flirt (I had to write that twice).

I was with my friend and he and I were having a fun time saying hello to each other. Suddenly , we realized that our spouses had disappeared. Oh where oh where has my Austin gone? A while later, I saw him sauntering downstairs with one of our friends...hmmm....wonder what scandalous behavior had occurred. It was so hot. Although, I really wanted to engage in some scandalous behavior of my own.

By the way, Austin makes great daiquiris...I think he was trying to get me drunk.

We left the party and went back to our friends' house. I am not going to tell you want happened but I will tell you this- As I write this I have a huge smile on my face. I am also exhausted and a tad sore :). Ok...I will also tell you this- he knows how to work it and push all of the right buttons.

So, our first house party was so much fun. I hope we get invited to more parties. Our friends truly are fabulous and we think the absolute world of them.

BTW: The couple that we liked actually emailed us. Seems like they are up to a private meeting...hmmm.

Dinner with friends

Austin and I are having dinner with a couple that we met last summer. They are non vanilla, but this will be a vanilla meeting. They are both into wine and we will probably have a few glasses. Austin and I have really limited our social activities. It just seems like so many things have occupied our time. It is nice to anticipate events with people. Even if playing isn't involved. Although, I am definitely looking forward to playing on Saturday.

House Party

Austin and I have been invited to our first house party. We have wanted to go to a house party for a while but have never had the opportunity. Its not that we haven't been invited. WE have been, we just (a) weren't interested in the other couples that invited us and (b) had other plans. So, this will be a new adventure for us.

We are going with some friends. You know them if you have kept up with my blog. :) They are very sexy and it will be so fun watching them at the party. Of course I am not sure what I will wear...I am hoping to find something tomorrow.

Naughty Naughty Thoughts

We had a vanilla date with Sam and Yancey today. Of course, I had to spend some of the time having really naughty thoughts. We were sitting near the bathroom and it was pretty empty in the restaurant. What would have happened if three of us had to go to the bathroom at the same time?? Anyhow...in my fantasy, the bathroom is 100% free of germs. LOL--- Yes, I am a germ-a-phobe. So, I guess I am just craving certain things lol!!!

I also chatted with Gina today. It is so refreshing to be able to have intelligent conversations with people that you play with. We had a really fun time last weekend. The only thing we forgot was to take pictures. Also, we discovered that we both went on a date with the same couple. What are the odds? Well, I guess the odds could be high considering it is a pretty small swinger community.

Oh by the way, Austin and I had a very wild time on Friday night. He was out of town this week and we actually IMed with each other. Yes, we had what I like to call "sexy chat." So, when we finally saw each other, it was pretty exciting. All I can say is that our wild night involved multiple props and toys and...much wetness. That is all I will disclose about that. Austin took pics and I may post a few...perhaps.

Cool Weekend

We had a very fun and interesting weekend. Blake and Gina came to visit and ended up staying the night. Much port was had by all...mmmm! I ended up missing my workout :).

HIV testing over the years

So...I just had a battery of tests done as part of my exam. The first time I had an HIV test done was over a decade ago. I had just gotten my first tattoo and was feeling pretty paranoid. It took a long time for the results to come back (a couple of weeks). And...you had to get the results in person. The nurse called me into a little office and talked to me about my results. It was a scary process.

This time, my results came back in less than 24 hours. The nurse called me on the phone, asked for my birthdate and social security number and then gave me the results. That was it. She said "negative" asked if I felt ok and then hung up. No big deal.

I mention this because HIV testing has changed drastically over the years. I think everyone should get tested for all STDs...even those at low risk. It is important to know the truth.

This Weekend Forecast Yummy

This weekend should be very tasty. We are going to spend some quality time with friends, Gina and Blake. Just to recap...Gina and Blake are the first couple that we played with in separate rooms. So...you know that we have to have a strong level of trust between the four of us. I am hoping that we can work the threesome thing into activities this week...but if not, that's fine. :)

I have been listening to a cool podcast called sex is fun. I found it through itunes. It rocks...check it out if you get a chance.

I also finally have a cam. I haven't hooked it up yet and to be honest, I am not sure how I will use it. I have to give it some thought. Any thoughts????
